HR/Compensation, Benefits and Registration specialist

 

 The Compensation, Benefits and Registration section has the responsibility of effective implementation of compensation/reward management strategy, salary administration and annual salary adjustment, labor relations management in accordance with local legislation, proper registration/documentation of employment activities, Human Resources reporting.

 

•Participation in salary revision process

•Compensation and Benefits system management 

•Salary Review process

•Salary Survey conducting

•Salary Calculation in accordance with legislation and internal procedure

•Enlargement of the Compensation & Benefits system, researching on improvement.

•Insurance of references to the employees with indication of salary

•HR reporting

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

•University education (Economy, Mathematics or Finance, Human Resources)

•2 years work experience in the Human Resources/ Compensation & Benefits

•Fluent of Azerbaijani, Russia and English

•Labor Code and salary calculation rules

•MS Office programs

•Project Management experience
