The duties will include:
• Prepare and advertise available vacancies
• Prescreening CVs and arrange interviews with the potential candidates
• Interviewing candidates at the initial stage of recruitment process
• Preparing and sending Job offers
• Developing a pool of candidates through the corporate social networks and recruitment agencies
• Assures that all vacancy information are filled into the ERP system
• Managing Company’s Career profiles in Social Media accounts and advertises vacancies accordingly
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration (MBA or additional qualification in HR Management would be an advantage)
• Minimum one (1) year of experience
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Good business communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Time management and planning skills
