- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities
- Represent organization in front of third parties
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs

Namizədə tələblər:
- At least 5 years work experience in Human Resources Management
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Social Science
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills, understanding of processes, systematic approach to problem solving and strong capabilities in consensus building and teamwork
- Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in Azeri, English and Russian languages
-Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
